Recruit4staff is seeking a Production Operative for a leading distribution company in Deeside.
The position offers a salary of £11.82 per hour, with night shift hours paid at £13.42 per hour.
Candidates must have food manufacturing experience and ideally some fast-paced production line experience.
The role involves monitoring product quality, reporting defects, and packing products for dispatch.
This is a temporary to permanent position with immediate start availability and requires reliability and teamwork.

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

£11.82 per hour, plus shift allowance on night shift (hours worked from 10pm-6am are paid at £13.42 p/h)Shift
Rotation Monday - Thursday 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
Temporary to Permanent positions
On site parking
Long weekend every week.

The role - Production Operator:

Monitoring product quality on the production lines
Reporting any defects in materials or products
Packing products ready for dispatch in accordance with specification sheets ensuring all product quality meets the Company standards.
Operate and monitor packing machinery and report any defects

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:

Food Manufacturing experience- ESSENTIAL
Fast paced Production line experience is desirable.
Reliable with a positive and hardworking attitude.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
This role will involve standing for long periods of time and lifting.
High levels of attention to detail.
Available for an immediate start.
