Centre Manager

Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a centre manager to work for a fantastic business centre based in Deeside. You will be based across two sites in Deeside and Ellesmere Port, you will also offer administrative and operational support across the region as required

This is a lone working role where you are managing your own workload and schedule.

Key Details: Centre Manager

• Overall responsibility for the production of monthly invoice production, dispatch and revenue collection;
• Liaise with the Head Office’s credit control team and actively chase debt
• Liaise closely with the Facilities Team concerning the purchase of all supplies required by the centres, both for the Centre consumption or onward re-sale to licensees
• Managing customer retention levels, alerting them to any issues or opportunities
• Identifying any site-level repairs, maintenance, landscaping or estate management requirements (eg tenant nuisance, security, refuse collection, cleaning) relating to structure, internal or external common parts.
• Meter readings for every meter and sub-meter
• Check all keys are present and correctly stored/labelled
• Liaise with the Asset Managers concerning contract specifications, timely re-tendering of supplies and statutory compliances (fire, asbestos, surveys).
