Customer Service Administrator
Location: Deeside
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Shift patterns: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: 11.50 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary (Long-term sickness cover)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, handling inbound and outbound calls with ease.
  • Log jobs quickly and accurately into the system and make sure they're resolved within given timescales.
  • Keep everyone in the loop - provide stores with updates, courtesy calls, and keep track of progress.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of jobs and maintain great working relationships.
  • Send weekly reports to contractors to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Own the process - problem-solve and take initiative to ensure smooth operation of the helpdesk.

  • Tech-savvy with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a must).
