Commercial Manager

Deeside

Our client, based in Deeside is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager on a permanent basis to join their friendly team.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver on target performance sourcing of suitable waste materials.
  • Work closely with team to drive a growth strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop local strategies to plan growth through volume acquisition.
  • Complete bid and tender processes.
  • Deliver a strategy campaign to maximise revenue and productivity.
  • Secure new business for recycling operations.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and ensure that volume targets are maintained.
  • Ensure that health and safety is considered at all times.
  • Be the point of escalation for portfolio accounts where appropriate.
  • Produce regular activity and pipeline reporting to give commercial and operational stakeholders visibility of current activity and forecast new activity.
  • Liaise regularly with other commercial functions to share pipelines and best practice.
  • Drive new business and manage customer portfolio.
  • Enhance the customer experience.
