Our team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and reliable Painter/Decorator to join us in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The Role:
As a Painter/Decorator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services across a range of large-scale projects. You will work closely with our site managers and other tradespeople to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting/decorating, including filling, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Work with a variety of materials, including emulsion, gloss, varnish, and specialist coatings.
- Follow project specifications and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment responsibly.
- Complete work within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator, preferably on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Painting & Decorating) are desirable but not essential.
