Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Contract Manager to begin work for a well-established company in the Deeside area.
About the role:
- Working Hours- Full-time - Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate- 350 per day
- Preparing a Contract Manual detailing obligations, scope, and responsibilities.
- Managing correspondence with the Employer, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to protect the company's interests.
- Creating and updating a follow-up table to ensure timely completion of correspondence.
- Evaluating notifications from Subcontractors and Suppliers, and finalising claims with necessary evidence.
- Preparing and managing budgets and cash flows, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Preparing progress payments and reports, and ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Managing final account negotiations and the handover process for project acceptance certificates.
- Tracking project performance and reporting deviations to relevant departments.
- Long-term work for the right candidate.
- Start: ASAP (Interview first)
About You:

- You must be a qualified Contract Manager
- Proven experience in managing contracts and claims
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation and cash flow management
- Proficiency in using SAP for updating quantities and budgets
