Job Description

Position: Customer Services Administrator

Location: Deeside

Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: £25,500p/a raising to £27,000 after completion of probation

HR GO recruitment are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client in Deeside the idea candidate will have good administration preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Duties:

Providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Managers, working closely with customers to support existing and ongoing orders, checking stock and availability, ordering products, liaising with production for lead times. Communicating with customer, to understand their requirements, update them on time lines, handle any complaints and provide them with end-to-end administrative support from point of order through to dispatch.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Computer literate - specific experience of MS office in particular Word, Excel & Outlook
  • SAP knowledge would be preferable, but training will be given
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of general office administration & working closely with colleagues in other departments.
