ROLE
Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and as aCustomer Service Specialist, youll be a key player in that mission. This isnt just any customer service job; youll be at the heart of the order-to-cash process, serving as the main point of contact for customers and collaborating closely with internal teams. From handling enquiries and managing orders to resolving sales-related issues, youll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and supporting projected sales growth.

  • Responding to and actioning customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Processing sales orders in SAP and managing electronic orders (EDI).
  • Handling commercial agreements both on-invoice (prices and discounts) and off-invoice (services and bonuses).
  • Managing complaints related to sales orders and resolving issues directly where possible.
  • Overseeing credit and debit note management and addressing customer ledger complaints.
  • Settling off-invoice conditions and handling promotional invoices.

YOU
Customer Service Specialistwho can engage with people at all levels of the organisation, is highly organised, and has a true knack for problem-solving. You should have previous experience in sales administration (hopefully from a manufacturing company) and a solid background in customer service. Familiarity with SAP is essential.
