Proactive Personnel are working closely with an ever-growing food manufacturer, to recruit an experienced Food Production Operative for their site in Deeside.

The successful candidate will come from a similar environment and have knowledge on basic food manufacturing processes.

Hours and Pay:

  • Monday to Thursday only, with some flexibility to work Friday if required
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Competitive pay rate
  • Room for progression
  • Temporary-to-permanent

Duties:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and understand how to report or perform minor repairs when necessary

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations such as HACCP
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
