Sonic Summary
- Kinetic PLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist for a logistics team at a new manufacturing facility in Deeside.
- The role involves building accounts payable procedures and requires a confident individual with strong communication skills.
- Candidates should have attention to detail, knowledge of invoicing VAT rules, and familiarity with Microsoft packages; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Responsibilities include matching supplier invoices to purchase orders, handling invoice queries, and reconciling supplier statements.
- The salary for this position is £25,000, and applicants should have relevant experience in accounts payable.
This is an opportunity to join an exciting new manufacturing project, to assist with the build of the accounts payable procedures.

*A confident and driven individual able to communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers/customers.
*Self-driven and able to take ownership of tasks independently.
*Attention to detail
*An understanding of invoicing VAT rules
*Knowledge of Microsoft packages
*Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
List of Responsibilities & Activities
*Matching supplier invoices to Purchase orders and delivery notes
*Inputting and verifying supplier invoices onto SAP
*Handling invoice queries from suppliers via telephone and email
*Requesting credits when needed
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Verifying and requesting new supplier set up.
*Any other adhoc duties required by the Accounting Manager or wider finance team.
