Finance DirectorNorth WalesUp to £100,000 + bonus + equityWe are working with an outstanding, private equity backed manufacturing SME based in North Wales that is looking to appoint a talented and driven Finance Director. Although a relatively early stage business, they are growing rapidly and already profitable, with turnover approaching £10m in the near future. Working alongside the company founder and CEO, this person will be heavily involved in strategic and operational decision making. They must be able to add real value to the strategic direction and growth of the business whilst also adopting a detail focused, hands-on approach with regard to the financial detail of the company and development of the finance function.This role is number one in finance and will be a hands-on, operationally-focused FD with a strong ability to influence and drive the business forward. Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, a passion for adding value and “going the extra mile” as part of the senior leadership team, challenging where necessary, and working to drive forward ongoing improvement across the organisation.
