- The position requires planning lifting operations, approving risk assessments, and supervising the lifting process, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Applicants must have NPORS and CPCS tickets, and a competitive salary will be offered based on experience.
You will hold an Appointed Person Lifting Operations (AP) qualification, and possess technical expertise in lifting operations.
You will be managing the chain block and tele handling lifts. Ensuring pipes up to 12m long are lifting safely. You will be required to check all slingers equipment and help the team prepare the materials for the lifts.
The duties associated with the role include:
Planning the lifting operation
Approving all risk assessments
Providing instructions to other employees, where necessary
Supervising all aspects of the lifting operation, where possible
Consulting with relevant authorities
Ensuring that the work is carried out as safely as possible
Hours are Monday to Friday 730-5.30pm
Must have NPORS and CPCS tickets
