Responsibilities of the EHS Manage:

  • Ensure full site compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including fire safety, security, and waste management.
  • Oversee the identification and interpretation of statutory HSE requirements and policy obligations, supporting Reacta's Quality Management System.
  • Manage interactions with external HSE agencies, contractors, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Coordinate and deliver all required HSE training across the site.
  • Take ownership of and complete all HSE-related risk assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE systems and lead investigations into incidents, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with operational and engineering teams, based on audit findings, near misses, and hazard identification.
  • Conduct self-inspections and audits of the site and surrounding areas, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and local security teams.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on HSE performance.
  • Support facilities management activities and contribute to site business continuity plans when needed.


The Candidate:
The successfully appointed EHS Manager will have the following skills and abilities:

  • HSE management / Co-Ordinator experience
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
