Our client is the largest and leading UK distributor of promotional workwear and leisure clothing, with their head office in Deeside, North Wales and operations across Europe, their business offers a diverse range of products and operates within a fast-growing industry. They are an ambitious family run business experiencing significant growth in recent years, supported by a customer focused and dedicated workforce of over 500 employees.
We have created an exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaker to be trained within our Export department. The primary goal is to maintain positive customer relationships and provide support to the sales team.
Key duties:
- To be the first point of contact for Internal/External Sales Teams
- Day to day Customer Service contact for our customers in Germany
- Managing and Processing orders
- Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of orders
- Preserving high customer service standards
Core Competencies:
- Bilingual - German and English, written and verbal
- Positive, enthusiastic manner
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Position, solution driven attitude
- Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn bespoke systems
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Full training will be provided to somebody who is fluent in German and English and is computer literate.
