Position: Machine Minder

Location: Flintshire

Hours: Early shift 5.45-13.15 Monday to Thursday- Friday 05.45-11.45

Afternoon shift 13.15-20.45 Monday to Thursday. Friday 11.45-17.45

Salary: £30,288p/a + overtime

HR GO recruitment is looking for several Machine Minders to work within a fast-paced production environment.

Duties:

You will be required to set up and manage the machine (full training is given)

The ability to fault-find and problem-solve.Display an excellent eye for detail ensuring quality of product at all times.

Assist with the loading and unloading of product on to machines.

To work within Company procedures and S.O.P.'s with Health & Safety as a priority

Working within the team in future automation area

To check and maintain the quality of the work produced

Provide general assistance in other areas of the factory as required

Maintain a tidy work area at all times.

Skills:

Experience working in a production environment

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making

Able to use own initiative and demonstrate input into continuous improvement initiatives.

Be a confident team player.

Good communication skills
