HSE Analyst / Advisor
Salary: Negotiable + 25 days holiday + pension + benefits package + excellent career progression
Location: Deeside
Hours: Monday to Friday daytime
A genuinely superb & quite unique opportunity to join a market leading business to help setting up and shaping a manufacturing department / plant.
The Person:
- Good interpersonal and engagement skills, stakeholder engagement and communication from machine operators to senior leaders.
- NEBOSH or IOSH
- Manufacturing or process plant background preferred
The Job:
- A pivotal role working closely with the HSE Manager
- Collaborate with various departments to implement safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols to mitigate workplace incidents, route cause analysis.
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Prepare and present safety reports
- Assist with training and education
- Environmental and sustainability will be a part of this role so knowledge in this area is very useful but not essential as training could be given.
