Sonic Summary

CSCS Carded Multiskilled Handyman is required for an immediate start in Deeside on a large residential new build site.
Operatives will perform completion works such as basic joinery tasks, patching, and mastic & silicone works.
Previous residential experience is highly sought after, with a background in joinery being advantageous due to the nature of the work.
The position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, with possible overtime, providing 45 hours a week.
The pay rate is £18.00 per hour, and candidates are expected to have relevant experience in the field.

CSCS Carded Multiskilled HandymanRequired for an Immediate start in Deesideon a Large Residential New Build Site. Operatives will be required to carry out completion works within theplot houses such as Basic Joinery tasks, Patching, Mastic & Silicoln works and associated tasks.

Previous Residential expereince is highly sought after as well as a background in joinery being highly advantageous due to working with Timber Frame Houses and completing joinery tasks being essential.

Monday toFridays 07:30 to 16:30pm with possible overtime providing 45hrs a week being paid weekly at 18.00ph with CIS payment available.
