We have an exciting opportunity for a CIPD level 5 or above HR specialist to join our growing client business. The role will be working as an HR Case Manager - based in Deeside giving you real exposure to many complex people matters.

The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters, and focusing on the best outcome for both colleagues and the business.

You will be required to deal with serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns and capability. This will include thorough investigations and suspension where needed.

The role requires a professional and proactive person with excellent communication and written skills to liaise with all levels across the business.

Working to strict deadlines and timescales is imperative, therefore strong time management skills are required.

To apply you will need to have a proven track record of dealing with complex HR cases, be able to demonstrate good knowledge of current employment law and legislation, and have the relevant CIPD qualification.
