Provide daily HR operations advice, support and administration while actively contributing to the advancement of HR initiatives
Role covers the UK with occasional travel required between Broughton and other sites as required.
Working closely with HR Business Partner, HR and Payroll Team, leaders and employees.Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is essential together ideally with a minimum of CIPD level 5 qualification. Applicants will have strong knowledge of employment and immigration law together with best practice HR knowledge.
With a HR generalist background, the role holder will advise and support on the full range of HR activities ideally including payroll processing of monthly and weekly payrolls.
