- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am, 5.30pm

As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert HR advice to managers across the business, focusing on absence management and wellbeing initiatives to support both the business and its colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and proactive HR advice on absence management, flexible working, and family-friendly policies.
- Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring they are driven through to resolution.
- Coach and support managers in effective people management, including communication and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation.
- Prepare letters/documents for formal meetings and provide feedback to managers.
- Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and HR teams.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified (preferably Level 5)
- Proven track record managing a range of HR cases, including absence and wellbeing matters.
- Comprehensive, up-to-date working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Effective problem-solver with a pragmatic approach to HR solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Coaching mindset, capable of empowering managers to make effective decisions.
- A proactive and pragmatic problem-solver with a commercial approach.
