External Affairs and Communications Senior Specialist

Shotton

8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £45,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stakeholder engagement maps and other communication channels
  • Support the development and implementation of the External Affairs Strategy
  • Enhance the organisation’s public image and brand
  • Manage communication and grievance registers
  • Gather and complete lender reports
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external newsletters
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage community engagement and learning outreach programmes
  • Create internal and external communication materials
  • Manage digital communication channels and create engaging content
  • Analyse data from digital platforms to inform strategies
  • Monitor and manage external communication processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience managing internal communications processes
  • Proven background in digital communications and marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media and brand voice
  • Ability to analyse and interpret digital analytics
  • Excellent report writing and presentation development skills
  • Experience creating engaging online content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Illustrator tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
