Salary: Up to £45,000 (Negotiable)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced External Affairs and Communications Senior Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and play a key role in shaping the future of the UK's manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stakeholder engagement maps and other communication channels
- Support the development and implementation of the External Affairs Strategy
- Enhance the organisation’s public image and brand
- Manage communication and grievance registers
- Gather and complete lender reports
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external newsletters
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage community engagement and learning outreach programmes
- Create internal and external communication materials
- Manage digital communication channels and create engaging content
- Analyse data from digital platforms to inform strategies
- Monitor and manage external communication processes
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing internal communications processes
- Proven background in digital communications and marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and brand voice
- Ability to analyse and interpret digital analytics
- Excellent report writing and presentation development skills
- Experience creating engaging online content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Illustrator tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
