Are you a Commercial System Implementation Assistant, looking to start a new job in a fast moving business?

Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment are pleased to be working with a very well-established organisation based North Wales who are looking to recruit an experienced System Implementation Assistant for a key area of their business. Our Client is seeking an individual who is a strong communicator at all levels, who can influence change, and with the exposure to the whole organisation, provide information, support and analysis.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist in the migration of financial data from the old system to the new - ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the testing of the system. Identifying and reporting any issues
  • Assist in providing training and support to the finance departments and wider teams
  • Support the creation of user guides and manuals
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports during the transition period
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and assist in implementation changes
  • Work closely with all relevant departments, such as Finance and IT

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communicator, across all stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Proven experience within a previous system or project support role
