Labour Hire are looking for an experienced LAND SURVEYOR for a well-established company in SHOTTON, DEESIDE.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 4-6 year project at Shotton Paper Mill.

About You:
- Methodical and diligent in approach to work.
- Ability to work on own initiative, with an aptitude for solving problems.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good attendance and timekeeping.
- Previous experience as a land surveyor, especially in large or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of survey equipment and related software.
- Familiarity with survey regulations and safety standards.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- A degree or certification in land surveying or a similar field.
- Experience with MEP projects is a plus, but not required.
About the Role:
- Monday-Friday - 45 hours per week (potential for weekend work)
- 7am - 5:30pm
- Carry out land surveys for the Shotton Paper Mill project.
- Use tools like GPS and total stations to take precise measurements.
- Keep accurate records of your work and manage the data.
- Make sure everything complies with safety and industry standards.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to deliver the best results.
- Analyse maps, plans, and survey data to help guide the project.
- Perform tasks like boundary and topographic surveys, as well as construction stakeouts.
