- Oversee all installation projects from start to finish for both the locker rental business and the company's big brother locker manufacturer.
- Ensure all maintenance and installation works meet safety standards, operational guidelines, and customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, customer feedback, and maintenance schedules to enable historical reporting analysis.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to business reports as required.
- Practical analytical approach to problem solving in real time to ensure works can be completed without delay
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a similar field.
