Job Title: Operations Manager Location: DeesideSalary: £40,000+ per annum (Plus bonus & Package)Type: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our client's growing team.Our client is a leading provider of bespoke rental locker solutions, offering innovative and reliable products to schools that meet the evolving needs of the secondary level education sector. The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing and growing the operations of the rental locker business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage both operational and strategic aspects of the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, allocate, and supervise a team of customer service, installation and maintenance staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee the bespoke rental portal, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Effectively allocate and manage the schedule for installation and maintenance teams, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of all tasks
  • Oversee all installation projects from start to finish for both the locker rental business and the company's big brother locker manufacturer.
  • Ensure all maintenance and installation works meet safety standards, operational guidelines, and customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, customer feedback, and maintenance schedules to enable historical reporting analysis.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to business reports as required.
Skills & Experience:
  • Practical analytical approach to problem solving in real time to ensure works can be completed without delay
  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a similar field.
  • Ability to manage and motivate internal and third party teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for installations.
