Job Description

  • Job Title: Project Manager 
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Deeside (Hybrid working, 1-2 days working from home) 

As a GMP Manufacturing Project Manager, you will oversee multiple manufacturing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scopes, manage timelines, control budgets, and ensure each project meets regulatory and quality requirements. Your role will be critical in driving the successful and compliant execution of our manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end project activities within GMP manufacturing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, adapting plans as needed to meet evolving project demands.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams including QA, QC, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage project risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track project deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and regulatory submissions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Science related degree or equivalent experience
  • Related experience in project management, planning and tracking
  • Understanding of GMP regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software
