Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Engineering Workshop in their search for a Quality Control Inspector based near Deeside.

For the successful Quality Control Inspector, our client is offering:

  • £32,240 - £36,400 per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday Days (8-Hour Shifts)
  • Permanent
  • Overtime Available 

The role - Quality Control Inspector:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on manufactured details to identify defects or deviations from drawings/specifications using various measuring equipment
  • Carry out in process and first article inspection
  • Utilise quality assurance techniques to assess product quality
  • Analyse data and test results to determine product conformance
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

What our client is looking for in a Quality Control Inspector: 

  • Experience in using CMM and measurement arms with software - ESSENTIAL 
  • Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in using manual measurement equipment (micrometer, verner etc.) - ESSENTIAL 
  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques
  • Ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
