Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Engineering Workshop in their search for a Quality Control Inspector based near Deeside.

For the successful Quality Control Inspector, our client is offering:

£32,240 - £36,400 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday Days (8-Hour Shifts)
Permanent
Overtime Available

The role - Quality Control Inspector:

Conduct thorough quality checks on manufactured details to identify defects or deviations from drawings/specifications using various measuring equipment
Carry out in process and first article inspection
Utilise quality assurance techniques to assess product quality
Analyse data and test results to determine product conformance
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

What our client is looking for in a Quality Control Inspector:

Experience in using CMM and measurement arms with software - ESSENTIAL
Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
Experience in using manual measurement equipment (micrometer, verner etc.) - ESSENTIAL
Proven experience in quality control or a related field
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques
Ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
