Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Quality Assurance Technician to work in their leading facility in Deeside .

For the successful Quality Assurance Technician our client is offering:

  • £13.38 per hour , plus shift allowance on night shift
  • Shift Rotation Monday - Thursday 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
  • Temp to Perm position
  • On site parking
  • Long weekend every week.

The role –Quality Assurance Technician :

  • Perform daily factory inspections, including line changeovers, swabbing, and production checks verification.
  • Facilitate product sampling and external laboratory testing, including taste panels and End-of-Line (EOL) assessments.
  • Provide training and competency assessments on Critical Control Points (CCP) and QMS policies and procedures
  • Update, review, and train staff on Product Information Sheets, Quality Attributes Sheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform process control verification, such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA) tests

What our client is looking for in a Quality Assurance Technician :

  • Previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience with quality assurance- ESSENTIAL
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, industry standards, BRC and retainers code of practice
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
