Jobstore are currently recruiting for a Shift Production Manager to cover either the day or night shift for this 24hour leading manufactureron a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
We are looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills who can be responsible for the safe and efficient running of all production lines to meet production and hygiene targets as advised daily by the Site Manager
You will be required to manage the production and packing of automated production line to build pallets offinished product and store safely in the site freezer.
You will be well experienced in managing production and packing operative staff have a goodunderstanding of the operation of all production equipment, including the capability to manage simple equipment resets to ensure performance is maintained.
This is a very hands on role to manage and support the daily production and cleaning regime and keep appropriate records foraudit trail purposes, this to include weight checks, metal detection checks, clean down activity etc.
You will be able to use the site Fork Lift Truck and Powered Pump Truck to load and unload
pallets into the warehouse freezer, and from the freezer onto trucks (full training willbe provided if required)
