Our client are expanding their successful business and are now looking for someone to test the contents of there plastic. This is exciting opportunity for any one with HND/HNC or a degree in chemistry or any similar field.
Working from a brand new laboratory at there Deeside area site you will be analysing the contents of the plastic recycling pellets coming from the shop floor.
Your main duties will be:
- Planning and executing laboratory tests according to test procedures.
- Chemical composition testing and analysis of samples, mixtures of substances
- Setup laboratory equipment, materials and supplies ready before conducting chemical experiments.
The ideal candidate will need:
Good timekeeping skills/good attendance record
HND or HNC in Chemistry
A BSc (Hons) Degree in Chemistry(would be advantageous)
Experience of working in a laboratory environment
Willing to learn on the role
Be able to work on their own and manage their own workload
Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Job Types: Temp to perm, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: From 25K- 28K per year
