Job Description:You will be responsible for managing student behaviour and delivering pre-set lessons provided by the absent teacher. This is a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning and ensuring that students stay engaged and on track with their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage student behaviour in the classroom.
- Deliver pre-set lessons effectively, ensuring the learning objectives are met.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Ensure students remain on task and engage with the lesson content.
- Report any issues regarding behaviour or lesson progress to relevant staff.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and deliver lessons across various subjects.
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Enthusiasm for supporting studentsā educational journeys.
