Job Description:
We are seeking several experienced TIG Welders to join our team for a project at the Shotton Paper Mill in the Deeside area. The work involves welding stainless steel plates and requires a high level of precision and skill. This is an excellent opportunity for local welders looking for consistent work over the next six months.
Key Details:
- Duration: Minimum of 6 months
- Hours: 10-hour days, 6 days a week
- Pay Rates:
- Weekdays (All hours) - 24 per hour
- Saturdays - 32 per hour
- Sundays - No hours
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with stainless steel plate welding.
- Certification: CCNSG Safety Passport is mandatory.
- Testing: Must pass a weld test in the Wrexham area. The test will include NDT and X-ray evaluations.
- Local Candidates: No accommodation or travel expenses will be covered. Candidates must be local to the Deeside area.
