Description

  • Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting to support budget and forecast achievement.
  • Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial strategic plans for the site.
  • Ensure full compliance with company finance policies and controls.
  • Act as a finance partner to assess and present financial impacts of business decisions.
  • Prepare robust business cases to support investment and operational decisions.
  • Provide financial approvals for customer quotes and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate financial accounting and reporting for the site.
  • Implement and manage financial systems, including standard costing.
  • Monitor and address standard cost variances, proposing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-mandated financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors for smooth and efficient site audits.
  • Mitigate foreign currency exposure risks.
  • Submit tax packs to support group UK tax liability calculations.
  • Work with site leadership to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide leadership and management to assigned staff.
  • Support group finance projects, including financial controls reviews and process improvements.
