Your new companyEstablished services business in North Wales with multiple sites across the UK, and an experienced and high-performing finance team. Your new roleThis job is a 12-month FTC to provide support with month-end management accounts, budgeting and forecasting while allowing the existing team to enhance and improve the current financial precesses and systems. Duties will include:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee key financial processes for inventory, fixed assets & depreciation, receivables, provisions, and expenses.
- Support period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Operational & Cost Management:
- Oversee FTE and overhead cost management, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.
- Manage stock and fixed asset (FA) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement & System Optimisation:
