Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, North Wales based, specialist services organisation who are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join the Finance Team on a permanent basis.

This role is an ideal opportunity for a part qualified or QBE Management Accountant to add value to a well established and busy finance function.

£42-47,000pa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Management Information Packs for the leadership team.
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers for each group company, calculation of depreciation and completion of detailed monthly fixed asset reporting.
  • Posting of month end journals (accruals & prepayments etc).
  • Preparing/reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Management of Petty cash for the group in addition to on-site audits.
  • Maintenance of company card expenditure
  • Working with external auditors during the annual audit to provide all information required in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting in finalising statutory accounts.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Reports to: Head of Finance

Desired Experience / Attributes:

  • Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hands on management accountant role
  • Full Management Accounts preparation experience
  • Collaborative worker, able to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Sage experience desired but not essential
