Overview of the role:

Supporting the venue General Manager, you will be the right-hand person for the running of the entertainment venue. This will include ensuring a high level of service from yourself and all the team, managing budgets, stock levels, health and safety, equipment checks, maximising efficiency and profitability, and more!

This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same!

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in the entertainment / leisure industry is essential.
  • Cash Handling experience.
  • Able to prioritise and manage your own time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and a keen desire to always achieve the best level of customer service.
  • Assisting with managing the team.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word / Excel / Outlook.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
