Your new roleYour new role as a Capital Delivery Manager will require you to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, mainly on projects ranging from £250k - £5m +.You will manage the design team, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and quality is maintained. This is an initial temporary position with a view to going permanent or ongoing temporary for the right candidate.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will need experience of overseeing capital works projects and ideally membership in a suitable governing body, i.e. RICS, CIOB, CIAT etc. This isn't a necessity, just preferred.
