A CSCS Carded Multiskilled Handyman is required for an immediate start in Denbigh on a large residential new build site.
The role involves completing works within plot houses, including basic joinery tasks, patching, mastic, and silicone works.
Candidates should have previous residential experience, with a background in joinery being highly advantageous due to the nature of the work with timber frame houses.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with possible overtime, totaling around 45 hours a week.
The position offers a pay rate of £19.00 per hour, with weekly payments available and CIS payment options.

CSCS Carded Multiskilled HandymanRequired for an Immediate start in Denbighon a Large Residential New Build Site. Operatives will be required to carry out completion works within theplot houses such as Basic Joinery tasks, Patching, Mastic & Silicoln works and associated tasks.

Previous Residential expereince is highly sought after as well as a background in joinery being highly advantageous due to working with Timber Frame Houses and completing joinery tasks being essential.

Monday toFridays 07:30 to 16:30pm with possible overtime providing 45hrs a week being paid weekly at 19.00ph with CIS payment available.
