Service TechnicianDenbighCompetitive salary + Overtime + Progression + Monday to Friday days + Excellent Company BenefitsAre you a Service Technician / Engineer with experience performing service & warranty repairs and looking for a local days-based role, training/progress and plenty of overtime?On offer is a varied role where you will progress your skills further through specialist training and certification, with lots of overtime available to significantly boost your earnings.This is a well-established company business with multiple sites throughout the UK, which is looking to expand its teams, and further grow.This role would suit a Service Engineer with a background in service & warranty repairs on all types of vehicles/ plant equipment and looking to join a stable and growing business where you will continue to develop your skillset and progress your career.The Role:

  • Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or plant equipment in a workshop and/or field environment
  • Completes all reports and administration required in a timely manner and to a high quality (job cards, time sheets)
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations
  • Completes all training programmes to further develop skills and knowledge in a timely manner
  • Maintains a clean work environment, assists with overall workshop organisation, ensures correct use of tools and vehicles at all times
  • Mentors apprentices
  • Static based at depot/ dealership
  • Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

The Person:

  • Experience performing service repairs
  • Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using correct tools and equipment, following approved techniques
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to use standard computer applications, internet and manufacturers service portals
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • Good customer service skills
  • Familiar with manufacturers products
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Certification in Plant, Automotive, Agricultural engineering or equivalent
  • Full, clean driving licence essential for field roles
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
