Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories, identifying any changes in condition that require attention.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
