Job Description
We are currently seeking 4 Band 6 MSK Physiotherapists to join our team across multiple sites in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled physiotherapistswith experience in musculoskeletal conditions to contribute to patient care across a variety of settings. The successful candidates will be working across the following sites:
- Holywell
- Ruthin/Denbigh
- Colwyn Bay
- Llandudno
- Rhyl
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
- Provide individualized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, consultants, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with NHS guidelines and standards.
- Participate in patient progress reviews and provide input into discharge planning.
- Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered in accordance with clinical guidelines and trust protocols.
- Offer patient education and advice for managing their conditions and ongoing recovery.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy and full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a variety of clinical settings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize effectively.
