JOB SPECIFICATION & ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Help teachers deliver EYFS, KS1 and KS2 inline with the National Curriculum.
•Supervise and support learners in classrooms, group settings and one to one.
•Support children with additional needs.
•Work collaboratively and creatively with parents, colleagues, and support services.
•Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and have young learners at the heart of all they do.
•Assist with support strategies to meet individual learner needs.
•Ability to deliver education and support through the medium of Welsh.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
•Fluent Welsh Speaker
•No qualifications need, experience not essential
•Show initiative and have a learner centred classroom approach
•Clear understanding of Safeguarding or willing to learn
•Be outgoing, positive, and forward thinking
•Have the drive and determination to make a difference
•Right to work in the UK
•Qualifications required for HLTA roles
