They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North Wales area.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Cost control and value management strategies.
  • Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues.
  • Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
