P4 Recruitment is seeking a passionate support worker for one of the UK's top 50 providers of support for individuals with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health issues.
The role involves working with individuals aged 19 to 27, focusing on enhancing their well-being and quality of life.
Candidates should be caring, compassionate, active, and outgoing, with a preference for car drivers, although it is not essential.
The position requires 42 hours of work per week on a rolling rota from Monday to Sunday, with three 14-hour shifts from 8 am to 10 pm.

We are currently recruiting for a passionate support worker who enjoys making a difference to the lives of these individuals and wants to improve their quality of life.

Working in a home with people who are aged between 19 - 27, the role is to support their well being and quality of life.

Shifts

Working 42 hours per week

Rolling rota Monday - Sunday

3 x 14 hour shift 8am - 10pm

Requirements

Car driver preferred but not essential
