Day to Day:

To oversee a refurbishment project on a prison in Devon, managing the mechanical team on site and liaising with the main contractor, seeing the programme through to completion.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experienced contracts manager ideally with a strong mechanical background
• Suitably qualified with mechanical related qualifications - HNC in building services
• Experience of working on a Tier one contractor site
• Experience of working on a live site and completing refurbishment works
• Excellent knowledge of H&S on site
• IT literacy and excellent communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
