The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing modular homes that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You will lead architectural projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of modular homes from concept to completion.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative and efficient designs.
- Ensure projects meet sustainability and environmental goals.
- Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and modular construction technologies.
About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary between 55,000 - 65,000.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.
- Chartered status (RIBA/ARB or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modular construction projects.
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
