Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: 13.00 - 15.00 per hour
Requirements: Valid DBS Check
Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator looking for a short-term opportunity? We are hiring for a temporary position to work on a project at university halls accommodation near Deptford, London.
Responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating university halls to a high standard
- Preparing surfaces, including sanding and priming
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Basic plumbing
- Compliance testing (fire alarms, water temperatures etc)
- General Handyman
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- MUST have a valid DBS check
- Available to start work immediately
