Transactional teams - leading the P2P and Payroll teams
Month end - variances analysis, profitability and business partnering
Reporting and Forecasting - improving results through understanding the actuals, forecasts, risks and opportunities
Statutory Compliance - HMRC reporting
Line Management - coaching and supporting the teams
Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system

Base salary: £36k to £45k
WFH: Please read narrative below
23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
Discretionary quarterly bonus

*In order that the successful candidate receives a high quality induction, it is expected that in the first three months attendance on-site will be required daily. Following this period, WFH will be ~ 2 days per week.Skills and experience to be successful

Nearly qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
Management Accounts experience
A collaborative approach to Business partnering, adding value and constructive challenge

Self starter
Willing to take ownership and drive action

60 minute face to face meeting with a key business partner such as The Operations Director
