Role Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring audits are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping them grow and develop
- Building strong relationships with clients, offering advice and insights to improve their audit processes
- Assisting with audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Liaising with managers and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of audit services

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in audit, ideally within practice
- Part-qualified accountants will be considered
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff
