The Role:
- Working directly with c suite leaders
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration for acquisitions.

The Person:
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for acquisition targets identified by the CEO.
- Review potential M&A opportunities and assess their financial viability.
- Lead on valuation modelling, risk assessment, and fact-finding with sellers.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition integration.
- Provide financial reporting outside of traditional MA, delivering insights that drive decision-making.
- Act as the key finance contact for newly acquired teams, supporting a smooth transition.
Essential experience & skills:
- ACA / ACCA qualified with strong financial analysis experience.
- Prior experience in M&A, corporate finance, or professional services.
- Proven ability to interrogate financial data, assess risk, and present findings confidently.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
