Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and year-end accounts.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and processes.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, processes, and financial accuracy.
- Support the Finance Operations Manager on ad-hoc projects, including system improvements and analysis.
- Build strong relationships with senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
About You
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in financial accounting or operations, ideally in a larger organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
